Bruce Clark is Raising Funds for Habitat Gateway North
I first became involved with Habitat for Humanity more than ten years ago when my management group and I volunteered to help out on a build site in Georgetown, Ontario. It was one of the best team-building events we ever participated in and I was very impressed with the Habitat mission of providing safe, affordable housing for families in need. Since 2017, I have been volunteering on the board of Habitat's Ontario Gateway North affiliate, most recently as Vice Chair and Chair of the Governance Committee.
There are now over one million families in Canada living in sub-standard housing and in our local area, we are working on a number of builds to help address this critical need.
Over the next month, I will be riding my spinning bike for more than 250 km to support our "Builds In Motion" campaign. Any assistance you can provide toward my personal fundraising goal of $2000.00 would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you for your consideration!
